What is the differences? Which is better? And which should I get?

A jtag is basically two wires that allows you to read unsigned code. That is the simplest explanation of a jtag.
And rgh glitches your cpu to think that you can run unsigned code. Which you can. If it takes 3 glitches to glitch the cpu, that is the boot time.
Rgh boot times tend to be fast. But can be minutes if you have an RGH1. A jtag is set in stone that it will be an instant boot.

RGH is the way to go, I think they have good boot times.

Would a slim rgh, Falcon JTAG/RGH1 or a Jasper JTAG/RGH1 be better?

JTAGS are instaboot thats really the only advantage it has over RGH
RGH slim will be the best console in my opinion quick to boot and are a new console

You update any console with xebuild NOT THROUGH XBOX LIVE
Most people who RGH/JTAG them will sell them with latest dashboard
