With the Call of Duty: Ghosts release date now just a matter of hours away, publisher Activision has released a new Call of Duty: Ghosts trailer staring actress Megan Fox.
Dubbed Epic Night Out, the newly released Call of Duty: Ghosts live-action game trailer depicts a four strong squadron of gamers thrown into a real-world depiction of the upcoming game.
Starting off in a half destroyed Las Vegas, the Call of Duty: Ghosts trailer sees the gamers taken through a range of the games upcoming environments, with a car chase through a barren, snowy landscape and a space station based gun fight depicted.
Adding a bit of humour and eye-candy to the trailer, Megan Fox is seen acting as a rooftop sniper in Vegas before saving one of the distracted squadron members from an incoming drone.
Far from the first Call of Duty trailer to feature a Hollywood A-lister, last years Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 release saw Ironman star Robert Downey Jnr make a humorous appearance in a live action video.
According to Activision, the upcoming COD offering is set to be the biggest in the franchises hugely successful history. The company has stated: Call of Duty: Ghosts ushers in the next generation of the franchise, delivering a riveting all-new gameplay experience built on an entirely new story, setting and cast, all powered by a new next-generation Call of Duty engine.
Tasked with reclaiming the accolade of the biggest entertainment release in history from the recently released GTA 5, a Call of Duty: Ghosts release date is to be held this Tuesday, November 5. A range of retailers have already confirmed they will be holding midnight openings for the game.
Fox is stranger to the gaming scene having confirmed a self-proclaimed addition to Halo: Reach in an interview back in 2011.
At the time she stated: I have a complete addiction to that game. It is sick I have Halo: Reach, but I am playing online. I dont really play in story mode anymore.
Suggesting that she plays online against gamers unaware of her true identity, the Transformers star added: They have no idea. They make fun of my gamer tag too because it is funny. And they are all a bunch of guys and it is clear that I am a girl so they make fun of my name, and they have no idea they are making fun of me.
