--(DON'T CRY TO ME ABOUT MODDING RUINING THE GAME, THIS MOD AFFECTS NOTHING OF GAMEPLAY BESIDES A MEIR SIMPLE FIELD OF VIEW CHANGE AND GRAPHICS.)--


TUTORIAL & REQUIREMENTS:
bf3crc.exe (A simple CMD crc fixer for BF3 that works on BF4)
Horizon (Google Horizon Mod Tool, from xboxmb)
HxD Hex Editor (Google is your friend)
PROFSAVE from your xbox.


First you must need to know how to transfer your Battlefield 4 PROFILE SAVE from your xbox to your computer. (The save is anywhere from 2-5 MB of storage.)

Now in horizon you will double click the save to open its contents like Profile ID, Console ID, etc. Go into tab two of its contents:

Right Click the save and extract it to the desktop.
Put both bf3crc.exe and your PROFSAVE in a folder inside C:\ for easy CMD use.
Now with HxD, drag and drop your save into the HxD icon to open it.
Now CNTRL-F to find "Field" field of text: FieldOfView

Now you can change the field of view to lower or higher on what you want, but if you go over 100 or at 100, make sure to type a "." after the third digit.
Example:
70.000000
to:
100.000000

When changing the graphics options higher, make sure not not go above the number 4.
Example:
Overall graphics quality: 2 (I would change it to 3 to be safe.
0 Lowest (Possibly Low)
1 Low (Possibly Medium)
2 Medium (possibly High)
3 High (possibly Ultra)
4 Possibly Ultra or High.

After you're done changing what you want done.
Save it then drag that file into C:\(FOLDERNAME) with the bf3crc.exe file.

Now open CMD and type (or drag n drop bf3crc.exe into CMD window, then SPACE, then drop the PROFSAVE into CMD and press ENTER.

Example:

After pressing ENTER you should hopefully get something like this:

You are done! Now just replace the PROVSAVE back into Horizon and save, rehash, and resign back to your device, plug it into the xbox and transfer it to the HDD.
Make sure to keep backups in all occasions!
You could lose your entire campaign.
