Destructible maps?

Can anyone list some destructible parts in maps and how to do them? I haven't played a map yet where people have changed it in anyways. Kinda stupid.

Here's maps that have things you can change yourself
Prison Break - Shoot down a tree to walk up (short cut)
Octane - Blow up the walls
Tremor - Close doors in middle building
Freight - Close doors
Whiteout - IDK
Stormfront - IDK
Seige - IDK
Warhawk - Shoot open a door, Blow up a door
cba to do the rest, not so much destroying map but changing it. When you get a KEM on Strikezone it destroys the map, idk about any other map.
