I was wondering this also?
I know you guys always say not to go online until release day but do you think enough people have it for them not to care?

Yes. I've been online since Saturday, it's safe.
About 20,000 people playing online right now. Safe to go online if you have a legit copy, not JTAG.

You'll get banned, of course. Can you not wait a few hours?

There has been at least 5 other post about this and probably even more than that. they all say the same thing and have the same answers. Does any one know how to just look if someone else has posted it? It really isn't that hard.
