I doubt it, there was many lobbies before black ops 2 was given to the general public,
and they were patched at midnight the night of release

Doubt it man people only have had for 1week no one would have coded the patchs yet so i dont think any will be hosting maybe a xp lobby because there not exactly hard to host but you will more than likely get banned. -Nxtural

I doubt it since there are new security checks and most stuff can be fixed with a hot fix

It will all be patched pretty soon here.
It's more of a mix of battlefield and CoD
