So i live in the united states. But if you make a account and make the locale to the united kingdom you can buy the game on demand. My question is that if i buy the game on a new account would the game work on my main account?

Yes, it will work. As long as it's purchased, and downloaded on the same console, you will not need to license transfer.

Yeah because its saved to your hard drive or whatever your memory is and all your accounts use it so yeah it will

Doing this isn't worth it, it ruins your account for 3 months until you can change regions again...he forgot to mention that...again.

doesnt matter what account you are on when you buy something it gets licensed to the Console ID. it its set to a 00000000000000000 Profile ID so anyone on that console can use it. k thanks.
