So last Friday I go to my sisters house, set up xbox it works fine all weekend(wired). Today I try to play ghosts and I cant connect to xbox live. I go to test connection, it doesnt get past first part saying ip problem. I restart the modem. Then it gets past first part not 2nd, dns error. Restart again, connect to xbox live. Stay online for 2 minutes, get disconnected. Start the cycle over.

I have been looking for a way to fix it but it doesnt work. I put in manual ip/dns and it says console cant connect still. Try automatic, still wont connect. It is centry link if that at all matters

check the router settings on your computer. or call your service provider and tell them to issue you a reset or change of IP
