Scoring, yes. Skulls no, you don't have to and from my experience you don't get any extra cR for having them on either.

Basically just go to that spot get the locator run and get the checkpoint and then kill them constantly and revert to last checkpoint and repeat, he said after a while the Cr gained goes down and to just wait about 3-5 hours for it to reset back to normal. It has to be on Heroic and Campaign Scoring on and add a few harmless skulls to enhance the Cr gained. Good luck Cr farming

I did this like 2 days ago, following a tut i found on youtube, and I still get 10-12 points every time, so don't waste you're time waiting and hoping it'll go back up to 150.
