well the GOLD member Jimboslice has gave me 5 48 hour trials and they all redeemed at xbox.com. and when i go on my console it says i don't have nothing on there? whats going on? qany ideas?

You should always redeem them directly on your console, to avoid issues like this.

Find out what happened to the others before you ask for more, even though you shouldn't be asking at all.
