Hello,

I have an HTC One (Non-Google Play) and I am sick of HTC's Sense 5 UI. I really like the KitKat stock ROM or Google Play Edition ROM and I want to Root my device so it can run either of these. I have looked online, but I cannot find a COMPLETE tut to Root, Unlock bootloader and flash a ROM.

I.E.- I need help to root and flash a ROM onto my HTC One.

what recovery are you using. I know how to for TWRP
