Alright, so as you know, Ghosts just came out and I was going to try making a video using my Avermedia Game Capture HD when the quality turned out terrible. (It's an external capture card) So Im thinking about just completely starting over and buying a better computer, and also an Elgato capture card. The thing is, I have no idea what Im doing with computer set-ups or builds.
So could anybody help me by showing me a good computer or build that could easily run the following, the requirements for the Elgato:
PC: Windows 7 or later, 2.0 GHz dual core CPU, sound card
4 GB RAM, built-in USB 2.0 port
Also I want to record commentary at the same time
Thanks in advance!

And Im not quite sure what my budget is yet, it depends on how much I can sell my current laptop for.
Also, I would need a monitor, keyboard, etc (Unless of course there's a laptop that'll work) but it doesn't have to be anything fancy.

If you're editing you are going to want and need a decent amount of ram.

If you need that all then get up to like $800-$1200 for a epic gaming/editing/streaming/what ever else you need it for pc!!!! Monitor is going to be like $130 alone, OS $100, Keyboard/mouse $30-$100. so your already up to like $260 depending on what keyboard and mouse you want.
