I'm getting the same wage as you and I'm 21.

Your in a good job atm for a school leaver. Best advice I can give you is to stick at it and you will earn even more as you get older, perhaps a manager(s) position if you are there for like 10 years+.

Yes, but any rate of pay is good for a 16 year old. Looks good on your CV and your earning money, win win.
