Im trying to figure out how to help my out my peeps with the fleets. Can someone give me a mini tutorial on what to do and where to go?

Go to the Captains quarters on the Jackdaw, there will be a large map on the table, click on it to access your fleets, from there you can use the ships you have boarded and sent to your fleet to go on trading missions, battle other ships to make the water safer, or sell them for gems (not money) that can be used to add docks to have a larger fleet, or repair your ships that get damaged in battle
