Yes on-board memory size has everything to do with your NAND size.
why else would they make it bigger then 16mb if that's all other systems need to run?
the extra space is so u can save your Profile ETC.
check memory size under system setting and there you have it your Nand size.
if theirs no storage then its a 16mb nand or its not a jasper.
