so i am starting a military team, we are going to be labeled as marines. we are the 102nd marines. i need soldiers, no matter what level, skill level, score per minute, or K/D ratio. i just need people to join, as of right now its just me, therefore i need a recruiter, co-leader, and a soldier to fill the first squad, after that it breaks down like this:
there are two leaders co-leader, and leader, starting from the highest rank moving down, and the privileges you get with each rank goes:
leader rank: general
co leader rank: colonel
major: 3rd highest rank, in charge on a PLATOON, consisting of two squads. bascically you command the two squad leaders and the everyone in ALPHA and BRAVO squads, 2nd platoon (when we get that many people) is charlie and delta etc.
captain- 4th highest rank. you are now in charge of a SQUAD. consisting of four soldiers, you are in command of only the four soldiers in YOUR squad unless other orders are given.
Lieutenant- you are 5th in command, all you have authority over is the men under your rank. your fob is to enforce authority inside the team, and/or replace a commander of a rank or more higher than you.
Warrant officer- you are 6th in command, you are only in control of the men in a lower rank, you are also only to enforce authority in the ranks lower than you and fill in for other people.
Sergeant major of the marine corps. - you are 7th in command. only to enforce the authority in ranks under you and fill in.
sergeant- 8th in command, usually foot soldiers with a little experience. expect you to lead by example. fill in and enforce authority.
Corporal- 9th in command, mainly beginning staff members, or if you go into a branch other than infantry, (there are two branches) you usually get promoted to this.
Private first class- 10th in command, one step higher from the beginner. no authority, you are not to fill in, you are to learn, usually what makes up most squads
Private- bottom of the list, no authority no filling in, you have TWO options. take the 102nd marines basic training and when you get out you get promoted instantly however you still have no authority, but you get more responsibility.
there are two branches, people who are ground units, tank drivers, jeep drivers, foot soldiers, quad drivers, anti-air drivers, etc.. then there are pilots. these pilots are flying a-10 warthogs, f35's, helicopters (attack, transport, and scout) they are in charge of reinforcements and extraction or drop off.
please if your going to join, have a good mic, and be mature but also be ready to learn. there are some things you will need to know that i will teach. if you are interested add D0L4N DUCK on xbox live. i will invite you to a party DONT INVITE ME! i hope to see some of you out on the battlefield.
