hi, i'm level 54 on gta 5 online but I cant call backup helicopters or take my bounty off or anything else that should be unlocked at my level because it says "wait for merryweather to contact you" or whoever im phoning and i also cant request jobs ether which is really annoying, is there anything I can do to unlock them???? please help it would be much appreciated thanks

Well the way to unlock request job from a contact is to do a mission from them, once you are of level of course.. doing it before you are of level will not unlock request job. as for services such as merryweather I guess its the same way try doing a job from someone?
