In PST the time is 7:20am not 10:20am, your clock is wrong.

It starts at 1PM your time.

I know what time zone im in. Im in US standard PST. MY xp should have started at 10 am. But its 10:40 and its still not showing up. i just dashboarded but still nothing.

He means it is currently about * am, not 10:40 as you were claiming it was in PST. Either your clock is broken or you need a digital clock

it will start at 10am California time and its only 8:02 am atm
