Ok so every time I go off battlefield 4 or turn off my xbox then go back on the game, Once I go online like my vechile attachments and stuff have been reset to default
Also when I turn Battlefield 4 back on it says all the stuff again like you have successfully redemmed your china Rising code or whatever please help any way to make this stop?????

It sounds like your game save is corrupted. This should only effect single player. But when this happens it seems to always set your customized loadouts in multiplayer back to default...it even did it in BF3.
To fix it, I believe all you have to do is clear your system cache. However, I could be wrong.
Once you clear your cache, you'll probably have to update the game again, and re-customize your multiplayer loadouts, but that should fix your problem. Just keep in mind, you'll more than likely loose all your single player progress.

NO, it should not. All of your mulitplayer progress is saved on the server side.
The only time you'll loose multiplayer progress is through sever crashes or bugs.
