This may be a stupid question but does anyone have a trouble with their players not playing like their skills indicate?

I mainly have issues with the likes of Iniesta and Xavi who both have incredible passing skills but when it comes to games, they can't pass.

I also am wondering if there is a way to make my build up play faster because it takes my team FOREVER to run up the field with the player who has the ball. I am quite frankly almost ready to sell the game due to the fact that I think I have had better luck on Fifa 13.
