My Friend in California ordered 1-Day Shipping for COD: Ghost,
around $75, It's still not there for him

He called 1 Gamestop (Couldn't record) the Guy said

"I Hope It gets there Tomorrow" and hung up

He Called another (Didnt get all of it), He helped but no Info was give of where it is

Where did your friend order? Online? He needs to find his receipts/proof and go into the store or call customer service again.

Online. He has his receipt and the Date, Called Customer Service, UPS and still nothing

He should wait to up to about two weeks, if it has still not arrive then he should receive a full refund.

I'd try to keep calling UPS since they're the ones delivering it and try to get compensation for waiting over a day.

When did he order it? If it was today, he'll have to wait until Monday because UPS doesn't deliver on the weekends (non-business days). Sorry about that man, I was in the same situation as well.
