You can still get it, but to use it you will need to sign into there account on controller 2, access the content (game, dlc, ex.) with the first controller (your account) once its loaded, you can sign controller 2 out and play and they can get in and play with you, FYI, the method above also works with some games and dlc without needing there license at all, I think all black ops 1 map packs will. Just have to make sure you have the content downloaded from there account first. And also, when there license is up, if you redo it to your console, you won't need to do that trick to get them to work, they'll work as normal.

*Edit* also remember if you dashboard or turn off your Xbox you will have to do the steps again. This is with dlc like zombie maps too, if your using there maps say Moon on Bops1, and you go to multiplayer you won't have the maps, and going back to zombies you won't have moon till you sign them in on controller 2. You can use this with almost anything, just using moon as an example as that's when I started with license trading.
