This is why only the American citizens should be allowed to have guns. In the past few years alone I`v heard of more police killing innocent people/Shooting on sight than i`v heard of school shootings/bombings and ect. Police should be restricted of their weapons. Trust me if there's a threat anyone with a gun can handle it, but it seems that the police are the only ones that can`t.

WTF. I understand that there's consequences to not cooperating with officers but really? You're gonna shoot him? The officer could have broken the window or pulled him out of the car.

I don't know how to react to this. Police brutality is uncalled for, and we're seeing more of it in these recent times, unfortunately. Sad times we live in my friends.

In the US the right to bear arms means that any civilian could be holding a concealed weapon, also this boy lead police in a chase across a university campus putting many people in danger.
