As the title states, just wondering about some other peoples' experiences with SLI good/bad.
I just ditched my 780 for a 760 SLI setup on a mATX board and it went over rather painless compared to my excruciatingly hot 770 SLI setup last month.
My top card hasn't gone above 71 degrees Celcius under full load in Battlefield 4 and I'm getting ~90fps on maxed settings in 1440p (WOW).
Plus, those Twin Frozrs stacked up look SWEET.

Anyways, anyone else run SLI cards and love it?

Obviously somewhere along the analyses of SLI/CFX configurations, someone's gonna tell you this and that drawback with these cards and blah blah blah, I say, screw you and your numbers. I have, not one, but TWO graphics cards. TWO! Why not four? Infinite graphics.
I digress. Never will I trash talk a CFX/SLI setup unless for some reason it's just a poor choice of card i.e. someone going out today to buy two GTX 550 Ti cards to SLI, now that would just be silly.

I've never crossfired, but I've heard that 7950s scale well. I don't have enough experience with AMD drivers to not recommend it.

Ok, thanks dude. Crossfiring 2 of them will most probably be my first major upgrade in about a year or so.
