The sultan RS is surprisingly good as it is a four wheel drive and Can climb anything , also the bf injection is great

I also think the mesa/ merryweather jeep SUV.
It has good handling and can tackle offroad situations very well. try duping a fully upgraded version from someone
its worth the time

I'd say the bf injection or the dune buggy as they have great grip I could dupe the dune buggy for you if you want?
