Well, they're two different games. You should buy the one you are more interested in. BF4 is a more realistic game that you can travel the map and use vehicles and what not; Call of Duty: Ghost is more of a fast pace game with a lot more kills and ranking up.

If I had to only get one of them I would pick BF4 because of how awesome the graphics and the maps are; I also love that you can use vehicles in it. The multiplayer is very epic and I heard the single player is just as great even though I haven't played it yet.

So it narrows down to what type of game you are more interested in, the fast-pace gameplay of CoD or the strategy and more war-like gameplay of BF4.

First off, They're both video games. Neither one is going to be realistic. So please don't listen to the whole 'This one is more realistic' argument.

From what it sounds like, you don't have a good past with Battlefield 3. To be honest, I hated BF3. I loved every BF before it, and I absolutely love BF4.

BF4 & BF3 may look very similar, but in its whole play style, I'd say BF4 feels a lot like BFBC2. ( A very good thing ) However, it's still Battlefield, so the overall mechanic of the game has not changed. Depending on the game mode, you could run around for a while without seeing anyone, and in other game modes, it'll seem like guys are spawning right behind you. But, BF4 did add 2 new game modes. Defuse, which is exactly like S&D on COD, and Obliteration, each team has 3 objectives and they have to fight over one bomb to destroy an objective, once that objective is destroyed, another bomb is spawned & it repeats until all 3 objectives are destroyed.

In your case though, I'd tell you to just go ahead and buy COD because it seems like you enjoy that franchise a little more, but rent/borrow BF4 from a friend and get it for Christmas if you like it.

I would say bf4 mainly because its more of a war type game. i enjoy bf4 more than ghosts. my friend let me borrow his ghosts copy and i got tired of it on the first match. i am a cod die hard fan. since cod4 i have pre ordered every cod after that but i didnt pre-order ghosts so its all up to you.

BF4 is the worst game I have ever bought. I wish I could get my $60 back.

get COD if its for current gen because there will be no difference between current and next gen.

But BF4 for next gen, because when you get your next gen console you will not want to play cod as you will realise it is very outdated and boring compared to the next gen games.

You would rather play a bigger, better and amazing graphics over a outdated bad looking game

im got bf4 and i love it. im getting cod ghosts and i love cod. im getting them both for next gen as well but if you had choose go with both
