I am trying to find a free program to make more simple CD Covers. If anyone knows of any programs let me know if you could.

Yeah for like singles or albums. Like the cover of a rappers/singers album. The picture on the front of the CD Case.

Don't you just use a normal printer etc but use photograph paper? Or does that not work?

Honestly I have no idea. I just want a program where it has the size and everything but you just have to add photos to it and text then save/print it. That's all I'm looking for.

I'd recommend torrenting Photoshop.
There's simply no graphics software that can compete with it.
I've made plenty of CD covers on Photoshop as a few CDs on iTunes didn't have artwork on them for whatever reason.
