Is it normal for the adder just just be driving around in SP cause I just seen two driving around

Adders don't drive around in singleplayer. There's only one parked down the street from Michael's house.

You will not see an Adder driving round, the only Adder is SP is near Michael's house (The Silver horse) which is near the "rich" part of Los Santos.

Well depends how you say that about GTA V, missions, kinda messed up but all of the Characters, cars ect or normal.
