Step 1) Make sure you the host (Invite only session)
Step 2) Make the person who wants the vehicle, make them get in your car.
Step 3) When they're in your car, make them start a misson and start it on there own.
Step 4) When they have started the mission they should spawn in the car they are trying to duplicate.
Step 5) Put the car they want duplicating in there garage, whilst in the mission.
Step 6) End the mission and they should have the car in there garage, with both insurances on it.
