Not sure if it is the best but I recommend Turtle Beach x12.
Only cheap as well.

This is definitely the safest bet
Turtle Beach x12
Honestly though, if I were you I would save up and get either the x12 with dss2 or the Tritton ax720.
Tritton ax720
x12 with DSS2
Both of these headsets are priced around 120$-130$ which for you would be about 90-100 euro. You can go to the Turtle Beach and Tritton websites if you want to read up on them yourself.
If you have any questions you can p.m me because I've played on just about every headset.
Turtle Beach x12
Pros:
Cheap(For what it is)
Long Lasting
Pretty Durable
Great mic
Cons:
The headset is made for people with small and narrow heads so... if you have a big head it will get very uncomfortable after a while.

Hey man, saw you mention the x12 DSS2? where can I buy one of these and in what way are they better than the standard x12?
I don't believe they sell the x12 DSS2 in stores anymore so, the only way you could get it is to buy it either from the Turtle Beach website or from another online store. You can buy the DSS2 just by itself from the Turtle Beach website but, its more expensive this way and I'm not sure if it comes with the cables to use it.
Answering your second question, the x12 DSS2 is just a x12 headset amplified by the Dolby Digital surround sound processor(DSS2). I don't know the technical science behind it but, what the DSS2 does is it helps the headset display better sound quality as well as depth and also helps the headset coordinate sounds to give you the surround sound effect
For example
Lets say your playing COD with your friend. Your friend walks ten steps behind you and 6 steps to your left and then, shoots his gun. On a normal x12 headset you would be able to hear the gunshot and be able to say the general direction of were it came from and you would not be able to accurately say how far away he really was from you. If you were playing on a x12 DSS2, you would be able to tell which direction the shot came from as well as a how far away he was. This works the same way when it comes to footsteps as well.
Really its just the little things like in the example that gives you an edge while playing, and while it might not seem like much, having that extra quality and surround sound capability really helps.
Also the price of the x12 DSS2 headset is 130$...
The price of the x12 headset by itself is 60$
and the price of the DSS2 by itself is 80$
(You save 10$ if you buy them together)
Here is the link to the DSS2 on the Turtle Beach website

Hope this helps you... sorry if the explanation is a bit confusing, I'm not very good at explaining things.
