I got talk talk broadband 4 days ago and I disconnect a lot ever since I have got it.

i am using everything with wireless connection as i cant wire it up.

does anyone know why

A lot of people seems to have problems with TalkTalk. Though I use them and I haven't been disconnected since I got their fibre optic. What kind of wireless are you using? Is it like a USB wireless adapter? If it is, bin it. They're junk. You might just have to get a cable. You can pick up a 15 metre cable from eBay for like 2 quid.

Dude in all fairness check if someone rings if that hits you offline then ring them up or disconnect everything for 30 seconds by turning the power off then try it. If not go into settings on your router and check everything then troubleshoot if not try moving your wireless adapter in a different position.

I was with TalkTalk before I got Sky fibre optic; I always was disconnecting and some periods were hours of no connectivity. You can ring them and tell them, that fixed it for a while.
