When will there be another upgrade for samsung infuse 4g agaion since they did make another upgrade which was ginerbread

There won't be.
Most devices, even flagship phones like the S4, HTC One, or Note 3 are lucky to get one official update. Your phone is not a flagship, and it's specs won't be able to handle JB very well. Yeah, it sucks that carriers and OEMs are lazy, but there's nothing pushing them to send out an update, let alone to a low tier device.
If you do want to try and upgrade it you'll have to unlock your bootloader, flash a custom recovery, and a custom ROM and respective GApps. Otherwise you won't be seeing an update.
Next time by a Nexus device. They're cheap, get updates straight from Google so you don't have to worry about waiting for updates, they're easy to unlock and root, and they're guaranteed upgrades for 18 months and they usually get them for more.
