all a cheat client is make stuff appear on your end and not effect the server at all. its a pointless thing wanted by people who think they can spawn whatever they want but it does not work like that.

This is true but cheat clients can actually help you.


Lets say the server we want to exploit has a portal set in their donator zone that teleports you to the donor shops and skills. With a cheat client I could spawn that portal (if I had the right object ID) and then go through the portal into the donator zone. I used to do stuff like that a few years ago on the bigger rsps's and was able to get donor items and also introduce new items into the game. On the server Yanillescape (been down for a few years) I was able to spawn a staircase that would teleport me to the dungeon with hell hounds. The hell hounded were coded so that they dropped clue scrolls really often (no idea why) so I was able to get clue scrolls and rewards and then sell them in game for a ton of gold/top tier items. I was able to spawn the lever that took me into the mage arena minigame and get drops from the monsters and sell them in game for a ton. I probably made like $50 in customs and rare items on that server before it went down.

So yeah you can't add gold to your account or anything but you can do some stuff like that to take advantage of lazy coding and make bank. Some cheat clients also let you no clip and bank anywhere which helps a lot when trying to find new places/monsters that will drop items not introduced to the main game.


The client I used was for old servers though (like 317's) so I don't really know if there's any out there.

people think with a cheat client you can spawn what ever you want with a 718, nonono don't work like that. ONLY with lower revisions like a 317. A cheat client can only do certain things with higher revisions. Don't really waste your times with cheat clients unless you get one that can change your ip. Cause if it can't change your ip, your odds of getting ipbanned are really high, and once they realise your on one, your ipbanned instantly.

so let me get this straight.

You want to cheat on a runescape private server.. which is already a kind of cheap off from RS.. why don't you just play the real game, at least you'll feel better playing it
