No if you read what i put i said that but its an overclocked 8320 so there is no need to buy it as you can just get the 8320 and OC it.

No It doesn't. I thought the same thing before I got it and put it in my computer. I was surprised that it gets that high in fps.

If you clocked the 8320 to the same as the 8350, there would be no difference what so ever, as they are the same chip.
