It's decent.
Emulators would probably make the device worthwhile. Other than that, I've heard it isn't too great.
Here's a review on it:

I'd buy it just for the emulators, looks pretty cool.

I don't think it looks too amazing,
in my opinion, I wouldn't buy it.

It is, for what it is, a nice console.
You'd be paying money for something that runs an Android OS and can do things like play original games and play some basic emulators.
Things like the Gamecube Emulator and the N64 Emulator (ex: Dolphin Emulator) don't run very well on it.
Also, right now, the Netflix app on it is very, VERY shotty.
It's a nice console if you want it for just some tampering, and you can easily load stuff onto it like Pokemon roms or other Gameboy games!

Personally I Own One And It Has Been Collecting Dust Ever Since A Month After I Bought It.
The Problem Is The Controller Just Feels Weird When You Try And Play Any Type Of Emulator But It Has Some Fun Games And For 100$ Its A Steal. I Would Rate It 6/10.
Also You Shouldn't Buy 2 Controllers Its Not Worth It.
