SSD I want, but I've heard it has issues with Haswell chipsets? Read it somewhere but can't find anything on it now. Would it work fine?

No, according from various sources online Sandforce SF1XXX do not meet the specification for Haswell and therefore will experience problems being detected and used. Sandforce SF2XXX controllers are fine, and so are ANY drives with Asmedia or Marvell controllers, although i believe those are slower.
