So I just bought a new psu and graphics card. The psu works great. But every time I seat the card in my pci-e slot the computer won't boot up. I have an amd hd 4250 card on the motherboard. The new card I got is the R9 270x by HIS. Please HELP!

Are you sure its not booting because it may be that you have not plugged your monitor into your graphics card? A way to check if your PC is booting is the HDD LED light will flash and the fans will spin on boot.

Hmm, its hard to tell. make sure you are hooking all the components up. Make sure the psu is plugged in right, all that stuff. then try again. I can't tell whats wrong

so to sum up what she/he said. Try and turn on your computer again with the graphics card in it and see if the fans start to spin. If the fans dont spin come back and tell us.

Everything is hooked up right. I have both 6 pin connectors in the card. I have tried seating it in and outside of the case to make sure there are no seating issues. I have installed, uninstalled, then fresh installed the drivers on the disk and website. The BIOS is set up like it should be. Both my monitors are hooked up, one to the integrated, and one to the HDMI on the card. I have tried all the ports on the card. My computer just won't boot when it's seated inside the pci slot.
