When the match is starting have your friend leave (HE MUST BE HOST) as soon as the game starts.

Now when the match is starting to count down you can start running around the map while everyone is still waiting till the timer goes down

You can also go to the enemies spawn and kill them without them killing you

If I had my recorder going I would have uploaded a video but it happened randomly, But if you want to help me do it again just add me @ Got Even

The only way I can see this working is if you get host off your friend and the chances of that happening all the time is unlikely.
