as its limited on what you can do i would drop the ram down to 8gb @1333mhz and up the card to a 6670 : 2GB XFX HD 6670.

16GB is more than enough, 8 is whats going to be used. drop down to 8GB RAM and bump the GPU up, a 5000 series won't be the best...
