I want to build my own pc but i don't know what parts to buy could someone tell me please
i will be using it for gaming watching movies and surfing the net
my budget is around 300GBP but i could stretch to 350GBP max

Is the 350 for everything?
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

You wont get much gaming performance for 350GBP.

It will play all games, but wont come close to maxing them.
EDIT: Ignore the top one, i missed that i had 2 motherboards selected aha.
But this will play games very well.
