Delete the card on that paypal account, then delete or deactivate the account. Create a new account and add the card to the new one. If not, enter giveaways or use a friends or family members paypal with their permission of course.

I've tried, I sent a few payments over $1,000 and they wanted to CONFIRM I am who I say I am, even though they called my phone and asked me if I sent the payments (I confirmed, and gave them my FULL bank information to VERIFY). After the call ended (Bam.. Limited).

They want the information, and I'm not 18. I'm 17, they will limit my account for-good. I can always throw up laws where they can't hold my information. Get my bank account/debit cards removed.

Yeah, or the other smart thing to do is to transfer to a student account. Uhh, they will transfer the remaining money BUT they wont transfer my bank info with it or remove it. By law, if I request it I'm pretty sure they HAVE to remove it. (They said it will stay on record forever and won't be removed of my account.)

One thing that you could do, but might be a bit of a hassle would be to sign up a new checking account with a different bank, and have all of your funds transfered over there, then just use that card as your paypal. As for getting your current funds off of paypal, personally I don't have an answer for that.
