If i give someone my cpu key and nand AND MY JTAG IS CONSOLE BANNED can they do anything?

no to unban your console you have to buy a new KV which there is no point in unbanning it if your not going online

If you're worried about them messing up your console then there is no need to be. Unless you're asking someone to update your nand and you plan on flashing it over, then yes there is a chance they can give you a bad image.
