My disc tray dont work .. & im trynna switch it out with one .. Or switch out with this flashed one i have but it still dont work.. Any help?

You can't just simply swap dvd drives... Each one is paired with a specific console. If you wanted to swap out the entire drive with another one, you need to flash it with your consoles unique dvd key.

But if the error is just when you put a game in the tray and close it it says "open tray" as if it's empty, just replace the laser diode. It's simple to do and is very cheap.

You cannot simply change drives they have encrypted firmware that only works with that console, I'd recommend just either buying a new laser and changing that or just change it with a working consoles laser.

You can't just simply swap it out lol. They both have different DVD Keys.
