is it just me or is anyone else having trouble joining a clan i accept my friends clan invitation it says on his screen i am in his clan but on my screen am not in the clan

I got the same problem with friends trying to invite them to the clan it says the are not in a clan but when i invite them it says the already in my clan the only way to fix is download the Call of duty app but not everyone got a iphone or samsung

I have this same problem i invited him and he accepts but we cant see him in the clan which results in us not being able to play clan vs clan as it stays locked. I have the app and it says he is in the clan but xbox thinks otherwise. Anyone know how to fix this ?
