Thats what happened to me it will only connect to xrpc because you are missing the xdevkit.dll most people build it into the tool but he did not...

that is because his tool is buggy...fall damage does not work give weapon does not work nor does the models...also his get temps do not work either...and the xp does not work
You should download Ghosts Buster V1.1 the tool that people were paying 25$ for it got cracked and released and I can confirm everything but give weapon works in it..
