Ok im a complete noob to tools and how they work.
So when i click connect on mw3 it comes up with this error. Iv done the pluggins. I have no clue what i need to do next as its not connecting to in game

you do have tu23 on your jtag
and neighborhood installed right?

What are you talking about?
Are you trying to program your own tool or use someone else's?

When i click on a tool it comes up with a error and won connect to my jtag
