For my birthday i can spend at most 320$ Need to upgrade my CPU or GPU to play games like BF4 alot better. IDK which one to upgrade but i'm thinking my CPU becasue i only have a i3. These are the 2 choices ive personally picken out.

i would say your GPU you have enough power with the i3
if you do feel you need more try the i5(a bit cheaper than the i7)
the i7 would be overkill for gaming and you would have some money leftover for a GPU

Upgrade your CPU. Yes it is enough. But depending on what games you want to play like bf4 i think they recomend a quad core CPU. So i would get the i5 3570. Or i5 4670. And later on upgrade your GPU Because that can still run BF4 on medium settings good frame rate.
