The best to use are:

Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe After Effects
Cinema 4D (Little Nooby)

depends exactly what you're trying to do..

the obvious ones like photoshop and illustrator.

maya is better than cinema 4d but much harder to use.

Most people/beginners use Photoshop it can be downloaded for free.

I use cinema 4d, Gimp 2.8, and the adobe products.

depends what for, i mean, for cheap 13 year old "gfx" making, not REAL graphic work, it's not so useful, but i've found it more than useful on a lot of occasions...

Do you work in the graphics industry because only people who take graphics / 3D seriously know about that program.
