First off, if you haven't seen this post then you probably will think i just some jerk who wants a free Xbox One:

Ok, so after seeing this post and checking my email, i found out i got a Forza 5 car for the Xbox One, which i actually have to buy to use the code. So, i contacted Xbox Support, where at first, they were very nice to me.

I got excited because i thought, " Oh maybe i got one, ive been a loyal costumer for 5 years, an Xbox Live Ambassador, A rewards member, and i play almost 150+ hours of Xbox every month. I checked and i got a code for a forza 5 car, which i got angry at. I mean, i think i've been a loyal costumer. So i dont know why i didn't get this email. I just want to know why

I wait, and wait, and no email, i wait about a week and decide to contact them again, and this is where it gets good.

terence: I was told i was going to get a reward from you guys, Never received the email. It was the Free Xbox One Promotion you guys were handing out to loyal customers, i was told the email was going to be given to me in the next wave.

terence: What are you talking about, i talked to one of your support guys and they said i was going to get this email, i even have the transcript

terence: Its not an issue, i just need you to clarify if i will indeed get this email, he said he marked my name down.

terence: Few more weeks! are you even aware that the console comes out in 9 days?

terence: So, i have a slim chance of actually getting console is what you are saying?
Zaina : To be honest, Terence. We do not have access regarding the rewards program for Xbox One promotions on our end. However, what I am aware of is that every account is reviewed and randomly selected. I am hopeful that you will have yours.
terence: So, actually are you lying to me right now or did the support agent i talked to earlier this week lie to me?
Zaina : Don't get me wrong on this, Terence. But regarding rewards, it is a random selection, in which even us are hoping that we get selected as well. I do hope you understand how promotion works and just like any other rewards/promotional program.
terence: You didn't answer my question. Why was i lied to.
Zaina : Actually, we have not lied nor gave you false expectation, Terence. Cause as what what I am seeing though is that the previous rep did gave you a heads up that it is launched by waves wherein all accounts are subject for review.

Yeah, she tried to lie to me and make me go away, she didn't know i had the transcript. Rest Assured i will probably call that number tommorow and check if my name is there, since they "noted" it.

Bro..Don't get your hopes up. I know you're a loyal customer and as much as you deserve and xbox one..I doubt you will get it.

I mean not to sound bad or anything my friend from school has a 9 year tenure and over 100k GS..He's put so much time and money. And he isn't even getting anything in the mail..

Good Luck if you do. But don't feel bad and hate Microsoft if they don't send you one.

Well, the first guy said you will get an "award" not a Xbox One.

Seems to me like your award was that Forza 5 car code.

Tbh man, there are loads of people as loyal as you and if they gave everyone of them a free Xbox One then they would lose loads of money.

They lie all the time, and if one of them lies, and takes note of it on your account, other agents will continue on with the same story. Trust me, I would know.
