It will be because of downloading game saves, COD lobbies don't ban our console, or even your account for that reason, it'll just reset your account.

They don't even reset anybody atm. People that are caught get a 2 week suspension from xbl and that's it unless they have other offenses on their account then that could possibly lead to a perma ban depending.
